It is possible that the Jumblo program is experiencing technical difficulties or there may be an issue with your mobile phone or landline service. You can try contacting Jumblo customer support for assistance.
I notice that in my Jumblo a/c the telephone numbers have all disappeared and only the names are there. Two days ago all was fine. How do I bring back all telephones number into the contact address list?

It's very likely possible that the database was corrupted and therefore, recovery isn't possible anymore. The first thing to do is to access the installation folder of Jumblo and check if there is a file with the contacts or a temporary file. By renaming the temporary file with contacts you can restore the numbers to the database. However, this doesn't apply for all the applications since it's just a single solution to the problem.
I installed latest version of Jumblo. I have Internet with broadband connection. I get issues when I try to login in to Jumblo. When I do it, the Internet stops.

The problem could be caused by the outdated dialer. Try to upgrade the application to latest version. The fact is that Jumblo uses a client that is almost the same on many websites of this kind and since it's in continuous development, updates are deployed all the time. Updating should fix the issues.
In order to use Jumblo service you need to properly configure it if you use another application or simply check the following settings to be accurate:
SIP port : 5060 Registrar : sip.jumblo.com Proxy server : sip.jumblo.com Outbound proxy server : leave empty Account name : your voip username Password : your voip password Display name/number : your voip username or voipnumber Stunserver (option) : stun.jumblo.com
Also, if you cannot place calls, I suggest you re-install the VoIP software. An activate Internet connection is required for a successful connection.
Today I opened my Jumblo account but it needs username and password. And I want to login but it shows wrong password. But when I go to forgot password, they sent me password. I tried but still I can't login. Can you give me some suggestions?

To fix this issues, use the website and request another password then use that password along with the ID and log-in on the web interface. Navigate to your account and change the password. Make sure the CAPSLOCK status is off then wait a few minutes and log in to the desktop client. If you have an activate firewall solution, add Jumblo to the exception list. Usually, you can do this from Settings > Exclusions.
Jumblo is using the same VoIP client as many other do and that client is updated regularly to fix bugs. This is a bug of the application. Just update the program using the built-in menu or download a new version of the application from the official website.
Try to use one of the many free VPN solutions on the Internet then you will be able to use Jumblo without being blocked. You can search for these solution on Google. I recommend you to use HotSpotShiled as it delivers good speed and privacy filters.
My Jumblo VoIP software is OK, the Internet is OK but when I'm calling anybody, voice fluctuates frequently. Why?

The voice needs to be transmitted through the VoIP server and because of that you may experience issues. This can't be controlled because you don't have access to the server to configure additional options.
